The "Network Rack" is the vital part of the whole setup, it is the backbone of my home as it is also connected to my basement by fiber and some coper to interconnect with the "Laboratory Rack" in the basement.
So I'm doing 10G in LAN where applicable and 1Gbps/50Mbps in WAN (Internet) + a secondary backup Internet line.

Home Automation
The "Network Rack" also takes care of managing lights, reading out sensors (temperature, motion, door, etc) and checking security cams for motion, etc.
I'm using Home Assistant and other tools for it which works pretty well. Awesome project, worth checking out!
